Returning an Item

Our Ready to Wear garments are designed with the highest quality. Please refer to our size chart to guarantee that you are requesting the correct item before purchase. Please follow measurement chart for accurate measurements or seek a local alterations provider.
If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving product: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number.
If you no longer have a copy of your invoice and wish to obtain one, please request one by contacting email@example.com
When it is returned in its original condition according to the following guidelines:
All returns MUST be in original condition and in it's original packaging with all tags attached. If an item has been damaged, a credit/ exchange will be denied. We will not be responsible for reshipment of returned item(s).
When an item is returned you will receive a credit for the item(s) including taxes, however you will not receive a credit for any shipping and handling on that item.
We are not responsible for any garments damaged during shipment.
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following states: Virginia

Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
Garment production time is up to 4-6 weeks (Bridal 4-6 months). Packages will ship via FedEx and will take 5 to 7 days to deliver depending on your location.
Please allow some delays during holidays. Shipments are Monday- Friday only.
Please Note: If available we recommend that you are present at the time of delivery if possible, Fed Ex will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows “Delivered”. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE TRACKING SHOWS ‘DELIVERED’
Shipping and Handling is a flat rate fee of $9.99. Insurance is optional with additional $3.25 at checkout.
